Litigation has always been a cornerstone of our firm. Our litigation practice encompasses all types of corporate, commercial, civil, criminal and administrative disputes and all related issues. We also act in employment law litigation, disputes involving trusts and estates as well as all bankruptcy-related proceedings. In addition to ordinary civil proceedings, our forensic practice regularly involves pursuing enforcement action, seeking interlocutory remedies (attachments and other interim measures) as well as representing our clients in international legal assistance, and administrative proceedings. We also regularly advise and represent corporate clients in connection with white collar crimes (such as; fraud, bankruptcy fraud, bribery, embezzlement, computer crime, medical crime, identity theft, environmental crime, consumer fraud, and forgery).
